Ondřej Homola
Ondrej is a born entrepreneur. In 2013 he co-founded StartMonday, an HR-tech company which had an IPO in 2016.
Ondrej loves helping startups, and his work includes serving as a mentor and working with a number of accelerators, including Startupbootcamp Amsterdam, European Space Agency (Austria), and Bongo Hive (Zambia). In March 2020, due to the shortage of protective equipment, he co-founded the COVMASK Initiative which invented and produced tens of thousands 3D printed emergency face-masks to protect health care workers around Europe against COVID-19. At the moment he works as a VC in the Nation1 fund. Besides being a startup and tech enthusiast, Ondrej is a passionate musician and plays bass in a rock band.
